They are supported in their artisanal endeavors by perfumers Christophe Laudamiel and Christophe Hornetz, affectionately known as "the two Christophers". The brand name Humiecki & Graef pays homage to the grandmothers who greatly influenced Müksch and Fischenich. In 2007, they reinvented the traditional fragrance structure by introducing the innovative "star" concept, which does not follow the typical fragrance progression but instead builds up notes simultaneously.
