The origins of the Italian beauty brand "L'Erbolario" can be traced back to the picturesque village of Lodi in Lombardy. Founder Franco Bergamaschi's passion for wild plants, medicinal herbs, and spices was ignited at a young age. Inspired by his father's herbal store and collection of recipes, Bergamaschi spent his childhood searching for, collecting, and processing herbs, laying the foundation for his future work in the field. In 1978, Franco Bergamaschi and his wife Daniela Villa combined their love for medicinal plants and herbs to launch "L'Erbolario." Starting with creams, fragrances, and candles in their small store in Lodi, the couple's expertise in Phyto cosmetics and herbalism quickly gained recognition. Despite the rural setting, the brand's reputation spread through word of mouth, leading to nationwide orders and eventual international acclaim for their natural products. Today, L'Erbolario's extensive range of creams, cleansing products, shower gels, shampoos, deodorants, and more are sold in over 5,000 markets and approximately 200 stores in Italy alone. With a presence in over 40 countries and an online store, L'Erbolario stands out for its commitment to quality, crafting products using pure and natural essences.
