Montale, the renowned perfume brand, was founded by perfumer Pierre Montale after years of being inspired by the beauty of the Middle East. Drawing on his time in cities like Qatar and Dubai, where he created bespoke fragrances for elite clients, including the local nobility and royal family, Montale eventually returned to Europe to pursue his own fragrance vision. In 2003, Montale's unique creations gained immediate popularity, leading to the establishment of the Paris-based brand "Montale." The inaugural fragrance collection in 2005 showcased the perfumer's talent and captured a loyal following. Montale's fragrances are infused with the essence of the East, evident in popular scents like "Oriental Extreme," "Sweet Oriental Dream," "Powder Flowers," and "Aoud Lime," which are cherished by women across Western Europe. The men's fragrances often feature eaglewood, cedarwood, musk, amber, and spices. The brand continuously launches approximately nine new fragrances annually, contributing close to 150 perfumes to the market from 2005 to 2020.
