Over the years, the company changed its legal structure multiple times, in 1912, 1923, and post-1948.

During the 1910s, "Jünger & Gebhardt" was known as the first German factory for floral fragrances, lanolin cream products, and fine soaps, as stated in their letterhead. The company also had a significant stake from a well-known Eau de Cologne producer from Cologne.

Historical records suggest that orders from the German military during World War II helped sustain the company's operations. Following war damage in 1945, the company relocated its headquarters from Alexandrinenstraße to Kleiststraße in Berlin.

In a strategic move, the headquarters of "Jünger & Gebhardt" shifted from Berlin to Cologne on January 1, 1948. Operating under the brand "Patrizier-Haus Köln" in Cologne-Ehrenfeld, their flagship product was "Patrizier Lavendel."

While a branch of the company remained in West Berlin, a subsidiary named "Feinseifen-Parfümerie-Fabrik Jünger & Gebhardt GmbH" in East Berlin was dissolved in September 1951 and transferred to a state-owned entity in the German Democratic Republic as trustee.
