During this era, scents played a pivotal role in social interactions, particularly in aristocratic circles and the court of King Louis XV, where only distinctive and natural fragrances were favored. The name "Parfums de Marly" is a nod to the fragrant legacy of the French Château de Marly, symbolizing the essence of the 18th century.
