The dream of creating their own perfume became a reality for the married couple Ursula and Christian Lengling. Based in Gräfelfing near Munich, with Ursula being the creative designer and Christian handling the business side, they both bring their expertise from previous work in the fragrance industry to their unique brand. Each fragrance from Lengling Perfumes is born from a feeling, memory, or longing, telling a distinct story. Taking inspiration from yin and yang, the fragrances are crafted with two contrasting fragrance chords - the ling and the ling, deviating from the traditional fragrance pyramid. This approach creates a harmonious balance between contrasting elements, resulting in a captivating experience on the skin. As Munich's first perfume manufactory, Lengling Perfumes emphasizes handcrafted production, using high-quality vegan ingredients with a focus on sustainability. The flacons, reminiscent of Japanese aesthetics, are filled and sealed by hand, with each closure individually polished to perfection. The exquisite packaging, including a champagne-colored box with a personal greeting, adds to the overall luxury experience. In 2018, their fragrance "wunderwind" won the prestigious German Perfume Award Duftstars 2018 in the Artistic Independent Perfume category.
