Michalsky, born in Göttingen in 1967, began his fashion career at Levi Strauss and later became the chief designer at Adidas, where he showcased his creativity by revamping traditional designs and creating modern collections. In 2007, he launched his eponymous label, 'Michalsky', introducing a fresh and distinctive fashion collection to the market. Beyond fashion, Michalsky's creative expertise extends to collaborations with renowned companies such as Tchibo, Sony, and Ariel. In 2009, he established the "Michalsky designLab" to further explore his artistic potential in various areas within the label. Apart from his fashion endeavors, Michalsky is actively involved in charitable causes and projects with significant media impact. He supports initiatives like "Save Darfur", serves as an ambassador for the "Society for Threatened People", and established "Michalsky for WWF" to promote environmental conservation efforts.
