Cetalox® in Perfume

Cetalox® is a synthetic fragrance material derived from natural ambergris. It is commonly used in perfumery for its warm, musky, and ambery scent, adding depth and longevity to a fragrance.

Cetalox® appears in 60 perfumes on Aromifo. It is used as a base note in 91% of them, a top note in 6% and a heart note in 3%. It is most often paired with Musk, Bergamot and Sandalwood, and 77% of the perfumes that use it are unisex.
