Henna in Perfume

Henna is a warm and spicy note, derived from the powdered leaves of the henna plant. It adds a touch of earthiness and depth to fragrances, often used in oriental and woody perfumes.

Henna appears in 109 perfumes on Aromifo. It is used as a heart note in 65% of them, a top note in 22% and a base note in 12%. It is most often paired with Saffron, Amber and Rose, and 88% of the perfumes that use it are unisex.
