Lentisk in Perfume

Lentisk, also known as mastic, is a woody and resinous fragrance note derived from the evergreen shrub Pistacia lentiscus. It exudes a unique combination of green, balsamic, and slightly spicy nuances, adding a refreshing and aromatic touch to perfumes.

Lentisk appears in 4 perfumes on Aromifo. It is used as a base note in 50% of them and a heart note in 50%. It is most often paired with Bergamot, Cedarwood and Sage, and 75% of the perfumes that use it are unisex.
