Vietnamese oud is a rich and potent note derived from the agarwood tree from Vietnam. It exudes a warm, woody, and slightly sweet aroma, with hints of earthiness and smokiness.

Vietnamese oud appears in 329 perfumes on Aromifo. It is used as a base note in 93% of them, a heart note in 6% and a top note in 1%. It is most often paired with Cambodian oud, Ambergris and Thai oud, and 95% of the perfumes that use it are unisex.
