Fir absolute is a rich, woody note extracted from the needles of fir trees. It imparts a fresh, forest-like aroma with hints of balsamic sweetness, adding depth and complexity to fragrances.

Fir absolute appears in 50 perfumes on Aromifo. It is used as a base note in 63% of them and a heart note in 38%. It is most often paired with Bergamot, Vetiver and Fir, and 74% of the perfumes that use it are unisex.
